After Placement Support and Training
Here at Charlotte's Nanny, we view ourselves as more than a placement agency. We believe we go above and beyond to sustain the relationships we help to build. Our after placement training and support programs are for both nannies and families. We will go out of our way to insure that you and your nanny have the necessary tools to create a happy, long term nanny/family relationship. We believe these elements of Charlotte's Nanny show our commitment to your successful nanny placement. A commitment that translates into happy families with experienced and dedicated nannies.

Nanny Network: All nannies who are placed through Charlotte's Nanny are provided with a list of names and phone numbers of other nannies in their area. This helps nannies to network with each other and helps to provide an arena in which your nanny can set up play dates with other nannies who have been screened and placed through Charlotte's Nanny.

Nanny tool kit: Nannies are provided with our nanny tool kit which includes materials such as the daily log. All of the information provided to our nannies helps  with continued education and the daily communication between you and your nanny.

Agency Support: As your agency, we want to consistently show our support and presents within your family/nanny relationship. It is important to us that you know we are here for you even after your nanny has been hired. In order to show our support, after your nanny is hired, we will check in with you once a week for the first three weeks of your nanny's placement to see how everything is going. We will also check in with your nanny at these times to make sure you are both on the same page and the relationship between the nanny and family is blossoming. We understand our roll as a "middle man" is critical to insuring the long term success of the nanny placement. Even after your nanny is settled in, we will continue to periodically touch base with you throughout our client/agency relationship to make sure you are completely happy with your nanny.
